And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 20423, formerly Sub Lot No. 152, in Dunlop Heights Allotment, as shown by the recorded plat of said subdivision in Volume 15 of Maps, Page 15, Mahoning County Records.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK for ten percent (10%) deposit of appraised value at the sale, ($3,000.00 cap on deposit for Plaintiffs), balance in full within thirty (30) days.
Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place.
