at 1:30 o'clock P. M. of said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit:
Situated in the City of Campbell, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Campbell City Lot No. 5169 in a replat of Lot No. 5168 et al of Blackburn Plat No. 1, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 49 of Maps, Page 70 of Mahoning County Records and being 68.69 feet front on the Northeasterly side of Chambers Avenue and extending back 118.45 feet on the Southeasterly side 119.95 feet on the Northwesterly line, which is also the Southeasterly side of Jackson Street and having a rear line of 85.27 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK for ten percent (10%) deposit of appraised value at the sale, ($3,000.00 cap on deposit for Plaintiffs), balance in full within thirty (30) days.
Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
