By virtue of an Order of Sale issued from the Court of Common Pleas of MAHONING County, Ohio, and to me directed and delivered, I will offer for sale IN THE COMMISSIONERS' HEARING ROOM, Basement of the Courthouse, in YOUNGSTOWN, in said County, on

TUESDAY, JUNE 11, A.D. 2013

at 1:30 o'clock P. M. of said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit:

Situated in the City of Campbell, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

PARCEL NO. 1: And known as being all of Lot No. 871. Said lot fronts 44 on Main Street, in the City of Campbell, County of Mahoning, State of Ohio, and extends back therefrom a distance of 150 feet to the center of an alley and is 47 feet on one inch in the rear, as shown by the record of plats, Volume 9, Page 19.

PARCEL NO. 2: And known as being Lot Nos. 872 and 873 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, fka Lot Nos. 17 and 18 in the J.W. Walter et al Plat, as recorded in Volume 9 of Plats, Page 19, Mahoning County Records.

Said lots taken together form a parcel which has a frontage of 100 feet on the southwesterly line of Main Street and extends back on its northwesterly line 150 feet to a center line of a 15 foot alley, and on its southeasterly line 150 feet to the center line of a 16 foot alley, having a rear line of 100 feet, as appears by said plat, subject to all legal highways.

Subject to the reservation of the rear 8 feet of said lot for the purposes of an alley.

PARCEL NO. 3: And known as being Lot No. 874 as recorded in Volume 9 of Plats, Page 19, Mahoning County Recorder.

AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 67 Main Street, Campbell, Ohio 44405.

PERMANENT PARCEL NUMBERS: 46-003-0-157.000, 46-003-0-158.000, 46-003-0-159.000 and 46-003-0-160.000

APPRAISED AT: $21,000.00.

Bidding to begin at two-thirds (2/3) of appraised value.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK for ten percent (10%) deposit of appraised value at the sale, ($3,000.00 cap on deposit for Plaintiffs), balance in full within thirty (30) days.

Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
