And known as being Sub Lot Number 1011 in Replat of Highland Park Plat No. 17, a Re-Subdivision of a part of Original Austintown Township Great Lot No. 16, as shown by the recorded plat of said Re-Subdivision in Volume 59 of Plats, Page 53, Mahoning County Records. Said lot has a frontage of 84 feet on the northerly side of Nottingham Avenue and extends back between parallel lines 168 feet on the westerly line, 168 feet on the easterly line, and has a rear line of 84 feet, as appears by said plat, subject to all legal highways.
