And known as City Lot Number 20313 as lots are now numbered in said City and formerly known as Lot Number 42 as shown by plat recorded in Volume 15 of Maps at Page 15, Mahoning County Records.

Said City Lot Number 20313 fronts 40 feet on the West line of South Dunlap Avenue, and extends back by its North line along the South line of Melwood Street 141.26 feet, by its South line 141.63 feet, and is 40 feet wide in the rear, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 204 S. Dunlap Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44509.

MINIMUM BID:

$12,500.00 plus interest accruing daily, plus court costs, administrative costs, accrued taxes, penalties, interest and charges.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK for ten percent (10%) deposit of appraised value at the sale, ($3,000.00 cap on deposit for Plaintiffs), balance in full within thirty (30) days.

Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
