at 1:30 o'clock P. M. of said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit:
Situated in the Township of Coitsville, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Lot Nos. 3 and 30 in the Uplands, a subdivision of a part of Original Coitsville Township, Great Lot No. 22, as shown by the recorded plat of said subdivision in Volume 15 of Maps, Page 16, of Mahoning County Records.
Said Lot Nos. 3 and 30 have a combined frontage of 100 feet on the easterly side of Bridge Street, and extends back 150 feet on the northerly line, 150 feet on the southerly line and have a combined rear line of 100 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK for ten percent (10%) deposit of appraised value at the sale, ($3,000.00 cap on deposit for Plaintiffs), balance in full within thirty (30) days.
Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place.
