at 1:30 o'clock P. M. of said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit:
Situated in the Township of Boardman, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Sub Lot 251 in Replat No. 1 Westward Ho Plat 3, Re-Subdivision of a part of Original Boardman Township Lot No. 3, First Division and Lots 7, 9 and 11 Second Division, as shown by the recorded plat of said subdivision in Volume 31 of Plats, Page 14, Mahoning County Records.
Said Sub Lot No. 251 has a frontage of 54 feet on the Westerly side of Oregon Trail, and extends back therefrom, between parallel lines 150 feet. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK for ten percent (10%) deposit of appraised value at the sale, ($3,000.00 cap on deposit for Plaintiffs), balance in full within thirty (30) days.
Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
