Said City Lot No. 43129 has a frontage of 45 feet on the easterly side of Hazelwood Avenue and extends back therefrom, of even width, a distance of 201 feet, as shown by Welch and Foley’s Subdivision, plat of which is recorded in Volume 22, Page 144 Mahoning County Records of Maps.
