And being more particularly described as follows:
And known as being a part of Youngstown City Lot No. 41721 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, as shown by plat recorded in Volume 20, Page 198 of Mahoning County Records.
Said Youngstown City Lot No. 41721 has a frontage of 39.4 on the easterly line of Schenley Avenue and extends back therefrom by its southerly line to a depth of 150 feet, and extends back on its northerly line 150 feet and has a rear line of 39.4 feet as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 351 South Schenley Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44509.
