at 1:30 o'clock P. M. of said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Youngstown City Lot Number 18939 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, (fka Lot Number 281) in Plat Number 1 of The Realty Company’s Subdivision of Crandall Park District, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision, in Volume 15 of Plats, Page 4, Mahoning County Records.
Said lot has a frontage of 50 feet on the northerly side of Crandall Avenue and extends back between parallel lines 150 feet on the easterly line, 150 feet on the westerly line and has a rear line of 50 feet, as appears by said plat.
Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place.
