To: Jeanne Joshua, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Jeanne Joshua, Name Unknown, Presidential Square Estates Condo Association, you will take notice that on the 4th day of January 2019, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, being Case No. 19CV 30, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $29,211.16 plus interest at 3.875% per annum from July 1, 2018, plus late charges  and attorney fess applicable to the terms of a Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 907 Pearson Circle Unit 1, Youngstown, Ohio 44512, being permanent parcel number Parcel No.: 29-043-0-021.010

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interset in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

Said Defendant is required to file an Answer on or before the 8th day of May 2019.
