By virtue of an Order of Sale issued from the Court of Common Pleas of MAHONING County, Ohio, and to me directed and delivered, I will offer for sale IN THE COMMISSIONERS' HEARING ROOM, Basement of the Courthouse, in YOUNGSTOWN, in said County, on
TUESDAY, AUGUST 17, A.D. 2010
at 1:30 o'clock P. M. of said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit:
Situated in the Township of Coitsville, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being part of Section Number 21 according to the original survey of said Township, and being further bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the North line of said Section, 21.26 chains and 80 links from the Northeast corner of said Section, being also the Northwest corner of lands now or formerly owned by Patrick and Mary McGarry; thence South 1/2° East by said McGarry lands and by lands of S.W. Allen 17 chains and 20 links; thence South 89 3/4° West by private road 5 chains and 82 links; thence North 1/2° West by lands of James R. Milligan 17 chains and 20 links to the North line of said Section Number 21; thence North 89 3/4° East and along the North line of said Section of lands of Dixon A. Milligan 5 chains and 82 links to the place of beginning and containing 10 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 5000 Milligan Road, Lowellville, OH 44436.
