By virtue of an Order of Sale issued from the Court of Common Pleas of MAHONING County, Ohio, and to me directed and delivered, I will offer for sale IN THE COMMISSIONERS' HEARING ROOM, Basement of the Courthouse, in YOUNGSTOWN, in said County, on
TUESDAY, AUGUST 17, A.D. 2010
at 1:30 o'clock P. M. of said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit:
Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being the northerly 25 feet of Lot No. 1239 and the southerly 25 feet of Lot No. 1240 in the Wickliffe Clovermead Subdivision, a subdivision of a part of Original Austintown Township Great Lot No. 9, as shown by the recorded plat of said subdivision in Volume 19 of Maps, Page 80, Mahoning County Records.
Said northerly 25 feet of Lot No. 1239 and southerly 25 feet of Lot No. 1240 have a combined frontage of 50 feet on the westerly line of Edgehill and extends back between parallel lines 140 feet on the northerly line, 140 feet on the southerly line and has a rear line of 50 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
