By virtue of an Order of Sale issued from the Court of Common Pleas of MAHONING County, Ohio, and to me directed and delivered, I will offer for sale IN THE COMMISSIONERS' HEARING ROOM, Basement of the Courthouse, in YOUNGSTOWN, in said County, on
TUESDAY, AUGUST 17, A.D. 2010
at 1:30 o'clock P. M. of said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit:

And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 34832 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, formerly Plat Lot No. 631 in Subdivision No.7 of Cochran Park Subdivision of Youngstown City Out Lots No. 1170, as shown by the recorded Plat of said Subdivision in Volume 19 of Maps, Page 17 of Mahoning County Records.
Said lot being 45 feet front on the northerly side of Judson Avenue, formerly Park Drive and extending back of equal width 136.9 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
