By virtue of an Order of Sale issued from the Court of Common Pleas of MAHONING County, Ohio, and to me directed and delivered, I will offer for sale IN THE COMMISSIONERS' HEARING ROOM, Basement of the Courthouse, in YOUNGSTOWN, in said County, on
TUESDAY, AUGUST 17, A.D. 2010
at 1:30 o'clock P. M. of said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit:
Situated in the Township of Springfield, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Lot No. 1 in a Replat of Lot No. 1of Sipe-Baum Homestead Plat No. 1, as recorded in Volume 69 of Plats, Page 48, Mahoning County Records, being bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin at the intersection of the Northwest line of Columbiana Road and the Southeast corner of said Lot; thence North 68 deg. 13’ 10” West a distance of 200 feet to an iron pin on the Northeast line of Youngstown-Pittsburgh Road; thence South 27 deg. 29’ 50” East along the Northeast line of Youngstown-Pittsburgh Road a distance of 127.38 feet to a point of curve; thence by a curve deflecting to the left having a radius of 25 feet to a point on the Northwest line of Columbiana Road; thence North 68 deg. 13’ 10” East along the Northwest line of Columbiana Road a distance of 177.38 feet to the place of beginning as appears by said plat, subject to all legal highways.
