***If such parcel does not receive a sufficient bid at the initial sale, it shall be re-advertised and offered for sale again, without appraisal and according to law, in The Daily Legal News.
The City of Youngstown has deter-mined this property to be nonproductive lands as defined in Ohio Revised Code, Section 5722.01(E). As such, if the minimum bid is not received for such property at the second sale date attempt, it shall be sold to the City of Youngstown in accordance with Ohio Revised Code, Section 5722.03.
MINIMUM BID:
$909.65 plus court costs, administrative costs, accrued taxes, penalties, interest and charges.
Terms of Sale: CERTIFIED CHECK.
