Said Sub Lot No. 199 has a frontage of 75 feet on the southerly line of Cannon Road and extends back therefrom between parallel lines a distance of 132.17 feet on its easterly line, 136.57 feet on its westerly line and has a rear line of 75.13 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
