Said northerly part of City Lot No. 27773 has a frontage of 60 feet on the southerly side of Roslyn Drive (formerly Hancock Street), and extends back therefrom, of even width, a distance of 128.2 feet, formerly known as the northerly part of Sublot No. 5 of Richard Jeremiah’s Subdivision, plat of which is recorded in Volume 8 at Page 55, Mahoning County Records of Maps.
