And known as being a Part of Youngstown City Outlot No. 1255 according to the latest enumeration of Outlots in said City, and being further bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at an Ohio Department of Transportation monument found at the intersection of centerline of Belmont Avenue, and the prolongation of the centerline of Wirt Street; thence South 09° 30’ 00" East along said centerline of Belmont Avenue a distance of 66.97 feet to the intersection of said centerline with the westerly projection of the northerly right-of-way line of Francisca Avenue; thence North 89° 20’ 00" East along said northerly line of Francisca Avenue a distance of 1025.71 feet to a "X" chiseled in concrete at the Point of Beginning, said point being the southeasterly corner of the lands of K.L. Chaffee as found recorded in Mahoning County Official Records Book 3098 at Page 125; thence North 00° 13’ 00" East along said lands of Chaffee a distance of 131.25 feet to an 5/8" iron pin found on the southerly line of the lands of A. Scott as found recorded in Mahoning County Official Records Book 3802 at Page 98; thence North 89° 20’ 00" East along said lands of Scott a distance of 50.00 feet to an 5/8" iron pin found at the northwesterly corner of the lands of B.E. Miller as found recorded in Mahoning County Official Records Book 2075 at Page 325; thence South 00° 13’ 00" West along said lands of Miller a distance of 131.25 feet to a 5/8" iron pin found on said northerly line of Francisca Avenue; thence South 89° 20’ 00" West along said Francisca Avenue a distance of 50.00 feet to the true POINT of BEGINNING, and containing 6561.7114 square feet of 0.1506 acres, more or less.
The above described parcel contains 0.000 acres within the right-of-way limits of said Francisca Avenue; the same being the base azimuth of the above described parcel, Bearing: South 89° 20’ 00" West.
A survey of this parcel was performed by Warren F. Drescher IV registered Surveyor No. 7390, November 2005.
