By virtue of an Order of Sale issued from the Court of Common Pleas of MAHONING County, Ohio, and to me directed and delivered, I will offer for sale IN THE COMMISSIONERS' HEARING ROOM, Basement of the Courthouse, in YOUNGSTOWN, in said County, on

Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: And known as being known as Lot Number 257 in Timber Lanes Plat Number 5, a subdivision of a part of Original Austintown Township, Great Lot Number 17 and 18, as shown by the recorded plat of said subdivision in Volume 50 of Maps, Pages 17 and 18 of Mahoning County Records, to which reference is hereby made for a more complete description.
Said Lot Number 257 has a frontage of 85 feet on the westerly side of White Beech Lane, and extends back 140 feet on the northerly line, 140 feet on the southerly line, and has a rear line of 85 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
