By virtue of an Order of Sale issued from the Court of Common Pleas of MAHONING County, Ohio, and to me directed and delivered, I will offer for sale IN THE COMMISSIONERS' HEARING ROOM, Basement of the Courthouse, in YOUNGSTOWN, in said County, on

Said Sublot No. 96 has a frontage of 75 feet on the southeasterly side of Tracy Drive, and extends back 160.64 feet on the northeasterly line, 161.16 feet on the southwesterly line and has a rear line of 75 feet, as appears by said plat.
