Long whose last place of residence is unknown and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on October 3, 2018, a Complaint was filed in the matter of Home Savings Bank, successor by merger to the Home Savings and Loan Company of Youngstown, Ohio v. Unknown Heirs, Devises, Legatees and Assigns, of Bernard E. Long, et al., Case No. 18CV 2478 in the Court of Common Pleas Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns, of Bernard E. Long and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Bernard E. Long have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio: and known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 40593 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said city, and formerly known as Lot No. 1115 in Plat No. 3 of Brownlee Woods, as recorded in Volume 17, Page 58 of Maps, Mahoning County Records, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
