The Defendants, Billy H. Kent and Penny J. Kent, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on September 19, 2018, the Plaintiff, U.S. Bank National Association, as indenture trustee, for the CIM Trust 2016-3, Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2016-3, filed its Complaint in Case No. 18CV 2390, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 1195 S. Johnson Road, Sebring, Ohio 44672, Permanent Parcel No. 16-050-0-014.000 ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

The Defendants, Billy H. Kent and Penny J. Kent are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 18th day of December, 2018. In the event that the Defendants, Billy H. Kent and Penny J. Kent failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
