The Unknown Heirs or Devisees of Estate of George Such aka George Such Jr., and the Unknown Administrator, Executor, or Representative of the Estate of George Such, aka Geroge Such Jr., will take notice that on the January 18, 2018, Chemical Bank, filed a Complaint against Goerge Such aka Goerge Such, Jr., deceased asking for in rem judgment as follows: on Loan Number xxxxxx3942, the amount due of $55,591.78, plus interest at the rate of 5.00% per annum or $7.43 per day thereafter from November 15, 2017, plus delinquent interest, escrow, and contractual late charges, seeking foreclosure and sale of the real estate described as follows:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being Youngstown City Lot Number 58858 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City in Sunset Knolls Plat No. 2, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 36 of Maps, Page 255 of Mahoning County Records.

Being 60 feet front on the Southerly side of San Pedro Drive and extending back 120 feet on the Easterly line, 154.99 feet on the Westerly line and having a rear line of 69.46 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

2. The Unknown Heirs or Devisees of the Estate of George Such aka George Such Jr., and the Unknown Administrator, Executor or Representative of the Estate of George Such, aka George Such Jr. are required to answer the Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after publication of this notice, said answer day being the 5th day of July, 2018 or judgment will be taken against them and they will be forever barred from asserting a claim in said proceedings.
