DEFENDANTS.
The Defendants, Christopher P. Jennings and Melissa S. Jennings, but whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on March 7, 2018, the Plaintiff, HSBC Bank USA NA, as Trustee on behalf of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust and for the registered holders of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-HE2, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, filed its Complaint in Case No. 18CV 626, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 12696 W. Middletown Road, Salem, Ohio 44460, Permanent Parcel No. 13-013-0-005.000 ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.
The Defendants, Christopher P. Jennings and Melissa S. Jennings are required to answer the Plainitff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 29th day of May, 2018. In the event that the Defendants, Christopher P. Jennings and Melissa S. Jennings failed to respond in the alloted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
