Andrew J. Kielbasa and Jan Doe, Name Unknown, Spouse of Andrew J. Kielbasa, if any, whose last place of residence was 281 N Turner Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44515; and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on February 13, 2018, Pingora Loan Servicing LLC, filed its Complaint in Case No. 18 CV 421 in the Court of Common Pleas Mahoning County, Ohio, alleging that Defendants, Andrew J. Kielbasa and Jan Doe, Name Unknown, Spouse of Andrew J. Kielbasa, if any, has or claims to have an interst in the real esta described below:
PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 48-067-0-005.000
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 281 N Turner Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44515. A Copy of the full legal description may be obtained from the County Auditors Office.
The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of Andrew J. Kielbasa in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
The Petitioner prays that Defendant named above be required to answer and set their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other further relief as is just and equitable.
DEFENDANTS NAMED ABOVE ARE REQUIRED TO ANSWER ON OR BEFORE THE 16TH DAY OF MAY, 2018.
