at 1:30 o'clock P. M. of said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
and known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 13114 according to the latest enumerations of lots in said City.
Said in Youngstown City Lot No. 13114 has a frontage of Forty (40) feet on the northerly line of Willis Avenue and extends back therefrom between parallel lines, a distance of one hundred thirty-seven and sixty-one one hundredths (137.61) feet, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, zoning laws and ordiances.
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
and known as being the North 27 feet of City Lot Number Eleven Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-nine (11369), according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City. Said North part of City Lot No. 11369 has a frontage of Twenty-seven (27) feet on the west line of Lansing Avenue and extends back therefrom, or even width, to a depth of One Hundred Twenty-Five (125) feet.

APPRAISED VALUE: $6,000.00.
Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.
AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).
The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B)).
Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
