The Defendants, Patricia Ann Slattery and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Patricia Ann Slattery, but whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on January 3, 2018, the Plaintiff, The Bank of New York Mellon, as Trustee for CIT Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-1, filed its Complaint in Case No. 18CV 50, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 147 South Maryland Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44509, Permanent Parcel No. 53-068-0-082.000 ("Real Estate") and alleged that the Defendants, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

The Defendants, Patricia Ann Slattery and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Patricia Ann Slattery are required to answer Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 6th day of April, 2018. In the event that the Defendants, Patricia Ann Slattery and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Patricia Ann Slattery failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
