DEFENDANTS.

The Defendants, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Virginia R. Colucci and Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Virginia R. Colucci whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on December 20, 2017, the Plainitff, U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity but soley as trustee for the RMAC Trust, Series 20016-CTT, filed its Complaint in Case No. 17CV 3363, in the Court of Common Pleas of Mahoning County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in real property located at 1787 Basil Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44514, Permanent Parcel No. 31-021-0-067.00 ("Real Estate") and alleged that the Defendants, have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.

The Defendants, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Virginia R. Colucci and Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Virginia R. Colucci are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within Twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, said answer day being the 27th day of March, 2018. In the event that the Defendants, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Virginia R. Colucci and Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Virginia R. Colucci failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
