The Court finds that the service of summons cannot be made other than by publication on Defendants: Unknown Spouse, if any, of James A. Bruno as of April 10, 1995; Unknown Spouse, if any, of Lynn Ann Spara Bruno as of April 10, 1995 whose last known place of residence are: Addresses Unknown. Each of you will take notice that on December 15, 2017, Plaintiff filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, being 17CV 3332 alleging that there is due to Plaintiff the sum of $36,205.23 plus interest at 5.00000% per annum from May 1, 2011, plus late charges, pre-payment penalties, title charges, court costs and expenses as applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 26-28 Willow Drive, Youngstown, Ohio 44512 being permanent parcel number 29-002-0-265.000.

Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

Plaintiff prays that the Defendant(s) named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

Said Defendant(s) are required to file an Answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication which shall be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 14th day of March, 2018 or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
