at 1:30 o'clock P. M. of said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit:
Situated in the City of Canfield, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and known as being Lot Number Eight Hundred Ninety-two (892) according to the latest enumeraton of lots in said City, formerly known as Lot 61 in Neff Development Plat No. 3, as recorded in Volume 40 of Plats, Page 24, Mahoning County Records.
Said lot has a frontage of One Hundred (100) feet on the north line of Sleepy Hollow Drive and extends back on its east line One Hundred Ninety-two and Fifteen Hundredths (192.15) feet, and on its west line One Hundred Ninety-two and Twelve Hundredths (192.12) feet, having a rear line of One Hundred (100) feet, as appears by said plat.
AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 300 Sleepy Hollow Drive, Canfield, Ohio 44406.

APPRAISED VALUE: $115,000.00.
Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.
AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).
The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B)).
Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
