at 1:30 o'clock P. M. of said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Youngstown City Lot Number Fifty-five Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-two (55,522), according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City in Replat of Schenley Manor Plat No. 1, a Re-subdivision of a part of Original Youngstown Township Great Lot No. 10, as shown by the recorded plat of said Re-Subdivision in Volume 28 of Maps, Page 422 of Mahoning County Records.
Said Youngstown City Lot No. 55,522 has a frontage of Seventy (70) feet on the easterly side of Schenley Avenue, and extends back between parallel lines Two Hundred (200) feet on the Northerly line, Two Hundred (200) feet on the Southerly line, which is also the Northerly line of Ridgelawn Avenue, and has a rear line of Seventy (70) feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 895 South Schenley Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44509.

APPRAISED VALUE: $72,000.00.
Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK as follows: $2,000.00 if the appraised value is less than or equal to $10,000.00; $5,000.00, if the appraised value is between $10,000.00 and $200,000.00 or $10,000.00 if the appraised value is greater than $200,000.00 (No deposit if Plaintiff is the Purchaser), balance in full within thirty (30) days from THE CONFIRMATION OF SALE.
AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v)).
The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B)).
Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
