Crosby Family Trust dated January 15, 1998 whose last place of residence is unknown and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on October 18, 2017, a Complaint was filed in the matter of Home Savings Bank, successor by merger to The Home Savings and Loan Company of Youngstown, Ohio v. Jeffrey M. Flauto aka Jeffrey Flauto, et al., Case No. 17CV 2767 in the Court of Common Pleas Mahoning County, 120 Market Street, Youngstown, OH 44503, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Elda R. Crosby and Unknown Successor Trustee(s), if any of The Elda R. Crosby Family Trust dated January 15, 1998 have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio and further known as:

And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 42587 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City in Boulevard Park 2nd Addition a subdivision of a part of Original Boardman Township Great Lot No. 17, 4th Division in Volume 20 of Maps, Page 247, of Mahoning County Records.

Said Youngstown City Lot No. 42587 has a frontage of 50 feet on the Westerly side of Euclid Boulevard and extends back therefrom a distance of 165 feet on the Northerly line, a distance of 165 feet on the Southerly line, and has a rear line of 50 feet as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
