VS.
HEYDLE REAL ESTATE INC., ET AL.
at 1:30 o’clock, P.M., on said day, the following described lands and tene-ments, to-wit:
PERMANENT PARCEL NOS. 53-019-0-123.000, 53-019-0-124.000, 53-019-0-125.000, 53-019-0-126.000, 53-019-0-127.000 and 53-019-130.000.
PROPERTY LOCATIONS: Andrews Ave., Lot 11519; 750 Andrews Ave., Lot 11520; 750 Andrews Ave., Lot 11521; Andrews Ave., Lot 11522; Andrews Ave., Lot 11523 and Andrews Ave., OL 42.
The Mahoning County Land Reutilization Corporation has deter-mined this property to be nonproductive lands as defined in Ohio Revised Code, Section 5722.01(F)(2). As such, if the minimum bid is not received for such property at the sale, it shall be sold to the Mahoning County Land Reutilization Corporation in accordance with Ohio Revised Code, Section 5722.03(D).
MINIMUM BID:
$12,311.00 plus court costs, administrative costs, accrued taxes, penalties, interest and charges.
Terms of Sale: CERTIFIED CHECK.
Ten percent (10%) deposit on day of sale, balance in full within thirty (30) days.
Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
