Betsa, whose last known address is 4678 Westwood Drive, Youngstown OH 44515; Unknown Spouse of Michael Betsa, whose last known address is 4678 Westwood Drive, Youngstown OH 44515; Unknown Spouse of Stella Betsa, whose last known address is 4678 Westwood Drive, Youngstown OH 44515; and Unknown Tenants, Occupants and Land Contract Vendees, whose last known address is 4678 Westwood Drive, Youngstown OH 44515 will take notice that on September 29, 2017, First National Bank of Pennsylvania, filed a Complaint alleging that Michael Betsa, aka Michael W. Betsa, deceased, breached a promissory note and mortgage to Plaintiff First National Bank of Pennsylvania and is in default under the terms of the note and mortgage for the property described as follows:

PROPERTY ADDRESS: 4678 Westwood Drive, Youngstown, Ohio 44515.

PERMANENT PARCEL NO.: 48-070-0-038.00-0

The above named defendants are hereby notified that they are required to answer the Complaint within 28 days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, said answer day being the 14th day of December, 2017.
