Situated in the Township of Boardman, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as Lot Number 35 in Country Club Estates Plat Number 1 as recorded in Volume 40 of Plats, Page 58 and 59, Mahoning County Records.
Said lot has a frontage of 65 feet on the east line of Tam-O-Shanter Drive, and extends back on its north line 167.13 feet, and extends back on its south line 167.13 feet, having a rear line of 65 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK for ten percent (10%) deposit of appraised value at the sale, ($3,000.00 cap on deposit for Plaintiffs), balance in full within thirty (30) days.
Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place.
