By virtue of an Order of Sale issued from the Court of Common Pleas of MAHONING County, Ohio, and to me directed and delivered, I will offer for sale IN THE COMMISSIONERS' HEARING ROOM, Basement of the Courthouse, in YOUNGSTOWN, in said County, on

Beginning at a monument at the intersection of the centerline of Blosser Road with the centerline of South Range Road, (S.R. 165); thence South 8 degrees 37 feet 00 inches West, along the centerline of Blosser Road, a distance of 1269.09 feet to a point; thence South 84 degrees 29 feet 05 inches East, a distance of 30.04 feet to a capped rebar and the true point of beginning of the parcel herein described; thence continuing South 84 degrees 29 feet 05 inches East, a distance of 787.16 feet to a 5/8” capped rebar on the East line of the Northwest Quarter of Section 22; thence South 4 degrees 46 feet 17 inches West, along said Quarter Section line, a distance of 254.05 feet to a 5/8” capped rebar; thence North 84 degrees 29 feet 05 inches West, a distance of 384.55 feet to a 5/8” capped rebar; thence North 8 degrees 37 feet 00 inches East, a distance of 84.66 feet to a 5/8” capped rebar; thence North 69 degrees 39 feet 00 inches West, a distance 428.00 feet to a 5/8” capped rebar; thence North 8 degrees 37 feet 00 inches West, along the Easterly right of way of Blosser Road, a distance of 60.00 feet to the place of beginning, and containing within said bounds 3.2979 acres of land. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways and easements on record. As surveyed by Alan N. Ewing, Registered Surveyor # 6341, in December 1993.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK for ten percent (10%) deposit of appraised value at the sale, ($3,000.00 cap on deposit for Plaintiffs), balance in full within thirty (30) days.

Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
