at 1:30 o’clock, P.M., on said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit:
Situated in the Township of Boardman, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Sublot Nos. 337 and 348 in B.E. Taylor Woodland Allotment, a Subdivision of a part of Original Boardman Township Great Lot No. 27, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 13 of Plats, Page 45 of Mahoning County Records, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 599 Beech Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio 44512.
PERMANENT PARCEL NOS. 29-040-0-261.000 and 29-040-0-262.000 ("Certificate Parcels").
***If such parcel does not receive a sufficient bid at the initial sale, it shall be re-advertised and offered for sale again, without appraisal and according to law, in The Daily Legal News.
MINIMUM BID:
$20,000.00 plus interest accruing daily, plus court costs, administrative costs, accrued taxes, penalties, interest and charges.
Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK for ten percent (10%) deposit of appraised value at the sale, ($3,000.00 cap on deposit for Plaintiffs), balance in full within thirty (30) days.
Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
