By virtue of an Order of Sale issued from the Court of Common Pleas of MAHONING County, Ohio, and to me directed and delivered, I will offer for sale IN THE COMMISSIONERS' HEARING ROOM, Basement of the Courthouse, in YOUNGSTOWN, in said County, on

And known as being Youngstown City Lot Number Twenty Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-one (20951) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, formerly Lot No. 7 in George Bortz’s First Plat, as recorded in Volume 8 of Plats, Page 17, Mahoning County Records.

Said lot has a frontage of 50 feet on the West line of Millet Avenue and extends back on its North line 139 feet 11 5/8 inches and on its South line 140 feet 1 7/8 inches, having a rear line of 50 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

MINIMUM BID:

$13,500.00 plus interest accruing daily, plus court costs, administrative costs, accrued taxes, penalties, interest and charges.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK for ten percent (10%) deposit of appraised value at the sale, ($3,000.00 cap on deposit for Plaintiffs), balance in full within thirty (30) days.

Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
