And known as being Lot Number 14412, according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, formerly the South 145 feet of Lot No. 174 in Realty Trust Company’s South Heights Plat, as recorded in Volume 10 of Plats, Page 121, Mahoning County Records.

Said lot has a frontage of 50 feet on the North line of LaClede Avenue and extends back on its West line 145 feet, and on its East line 145 feet, having a rear line of 50 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

MINIMUM BID:

$7,500.00 plus interest accruing daily, plus court costs, administrative costs, accrued taxes, penalties, interest and charges.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK for ten percent (10%) deposit of appraised value at the sale, ($3,000.00 cap on deposit for Plaintiffs), balance in full within thirty (30) days.

Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
