at 1:30 o’clock, P.M., on said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit:
Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Youngstown City Lot No. 3084 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City as shown in Plat Volume 6, Page 34, Mahoning County Records.
Said Lot Number 3084 has a frontage of 50 feet on the Southerly side of Emerson Place and extends back 149 1/2 feet on the Easterly line, 129 1/2 feet on the Westerly line and has a rear line of 50 feet, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 365 Emerson Place, Youngstown, Ohio 44504.
PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 53-007-0-007.000 ("Certificate Parcel").
***If such parcel does not receive a sufficient bid at the initial sale, it shall be re-advertised and offered for sale again, without appraisal and according to law, in The Daily Legal News.
MINIMUM BID:
$7,500.00 plus interest accruing daily, plus court costs, administrative costs, accrued taxes, penalties, interest and charges.
Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK for ten percent (10%) deposit of appraised value at the sale, ($3,000.00 cap on deposit for Plaintiffs), balance in full within thirty (30) days.
Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
