By virtue of an Order of Sale issued from the Court of Common Pleas of MAHONING County, Ohio, and to me directed and delivered, I will offer for sale IN THE COMMISSIONERS' HEARING ROOM, Basement of the Courthouse, in YOUNGSTOWN, in said County, on

Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:

And known as being Youngstown City Lot Nos. 16094, 16095, 16096 and 16097 in John Calvey’s Plat, a part of Original Youngstown City Out Lot No. 692, as shown by the recorded Plat in Volume 12, Page 116 of Mahoning County Records.

Said Lot Nos. 16094, 16095, 16096 and 16097 together form a parcel of land fronting 160 feet on the Southerly side of Shehy Street, and extending back 185.32 feet on the East line, 169.00 feet on the West line, and having a rear line of 160.08 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

AND BEING FURTHER KNOWN FOR STREET NUMBERING PURPOSES AS: 1755 Shehy Street, Youngstown, Ohio 44506.

MINIMUM BID:

$35,000.00 plus interest accruing daily, plus court costs, administrative costs, accrued taxes, penalties, interest and charges.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK for ten percent (10%) deposit of appraised value at the sale, ($3,000.00 cap on deposit for Plaintiffs), balance in full within thirty (30) days.

Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place. However, notice of the new sale dates will be posted on the internet.
