at 1:30 o'clock P. M. of said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit:
Situated and known as being Sub Lot 90 in Replat No. 1 of Jefferson Heights Plat No. 2, a re-subdivision of a part of original Boardman Township Great Lot No. 21, Fourth Division, as shown by the recorded plat of said re-subdivision in Volume 37 of Maps, Page 53 of Mahoning County Records.
Said Lot No. 90 has a frontage of 70 feet on the Southerly side of Afton Avenue and extends back between parallel lines 172 feet on the Easterly line, 172 feet on the Westerly line and has a rear line of 70 feet, as appears by said Plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Said property is conveyed subject to all easements, restrictions, limitations, and conveyances of record, or as established by zoning regulations.
