Situated in the City of Youngstown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Lots 33293 & 33294 according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, as recorded on Volume 13 of Plats, Page 57, Mahoning County Records.
Said lots have a combined frontage of 100 feet on the northerly line of Maywood Drive fka Woodlawn Drive and extends back on its easterly line 181 feet, and on its westerly line 181 feet, having a rear line of 100 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Bidding to begin at two-thirds (2/3) of appraised value.
Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK for ten percent (10%) deposit of appraised value at the sale, ($3,000.00 cap on deposit for Plaintiffs), balance in full within thirty (30) days.
Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place.
