at 1:30 o'clock P. M. of said day, the following described lands and tenements, to-wit:
Situated in the Township of Austintown, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Sub Lot No. 56 in College Park Plat No. 1, a subdivision of a part of Original Austintown Township, Tract 8, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 44 of Maps, Pages 54 and 55 of Mahoning County Records. Said Sub Lot No. 56 has a curved frontage of 86.94 feet on the Northerly side of Colgate Drive and extends back 165.94 feet on the Northeasterly line, 170.46 feet on the Westerly line and has a rear line of 49.30 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
