And known as being Lot Number 17 in Auburn Hills Plat No. 1 as recorded in Volume 83 of Plats, Page 83, Mahoning County Records.
Said lot has a frontage of 85 feet on the southerly line of Silver Meadow Lane and extends back on its easterly line 160 feet, and on its westerly line 160 feet, having a rear line of 85 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
