And known as being the Northerly part of Lot Number Eighty (80) in Hollywood Park Plat No. 3, and recorded in Mahoning County Records of Plats in Volume 24, Page 47.
Said Northerly part of Lot Number 80, has a frontage of Seventy-Nine (79), feet on the South side of Boardman Boulevard, and extends back therefrom between parallel lines in a Southerly direction, a distance of Two Hundred Fourteen and Four Tenths (214.4) feet, be the same more less, but subject to all legal highways.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK for ten percent (10%) deposit of appraised value at the sale, ($3,000.00 cap on deposit for Plaintiffs), balance in full within thirty (30) days.

In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place.
