Situated in the City of Struthers, County of Mahoning and State of Ohio:
And known as being Lot Number Three Hundred Twenty-three (323) according to the latest enumeration of lots in said City, formerly known as Sub Lot No. 360 in Thomas Struthers First Addition to the Town Plat, as recorded in Volume 4 of Plats, Page 33, Mahoning County Records.
Said lot has a frontage of Fifty (50) feet on the West line of Stewart Street and extends back on its North line Two Hundred (200) feet, and on its South line Two Hundred (200) feet, having a rear line of Fifty (50) feet, as appears by said plat.

Terms of Sale: Deposit in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK for ten percent (10%) deposit of appraised value at the sale, ($3,000.00 cap on deposit for Plaintiffs), balance in full within thirty (30) days.
Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place.
