Beginning at an iron pin on the northerly right of way line of Detwiler Road, said point being the Southeast corner of Lot No. 2 of said plat; thence North 0 deg. 04’ 30” West along the easterly line of said Lot No. 2 a distance of 360.85 feet to an iron pin and the southerly line of Lot No. 1 of The David Cessna Plat No. 1 as found recorded in Volume 68 on Page 195 of the Mahoning County Records of Plats; thence South 89 deg. 52’ East along said southerly line a distance of 262.99 feet to an iron pin; thence South 0 deg. 04’ 30” East a distance of 263.41 feet to an iron pin and said northerly right of way line; thence North 89 deg. 18’ 30” West along said right of way a distance of 263.00 feet to the point of beginning as shown by said plat. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Sheriff's Sales may be canceled due to inclement weather or other county emergency. In such cases, the sale will be held upon the reopening of the Mahoning County Courthouse after the emergency has passed. Republication will not take place.
