And known as being Lot No. 168 Living Homes Sub Plat No. 1 as recorded in Volume 50, Page 32 of Maps.
Said Lot No. 168 has a frontage of 60 feet on the South line of Burkey Road and extends back 135 feet on each side, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
